Account & Subscription
How do I reset my password?
On the login page , click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
How do I change my password?
Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Security and update your password.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.
How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information
Do I have a minimum contract period?

Am I allowed to share my account with a friend?
It’s prohibited to share your account details with any third party.
Can I use all videos in all categories without restrictions with a monthly or annual subscription?
With a monthly or annual subscription you can use all courses from all categories on the platform without any restrictions.
Gift Cards
Can I buy any Gift Cards?
We offer two different types of gift cards:
1. Gift cards for physical products: You can find them here
2. Gift cards for membership & online classes: You can find them here
Please note that gift cards for physical products cannot be redeemed for the membership or any online classes. This also applies the other way around.
When does my gift card expire?
Your gift card has no expiration date!
I received a gift card. Can I get a payout?
Unfortunately that's not possible. We would love to see you give us a try :)
Payment
My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

Why is my payment failing?
There are several reasons a payment might fail. The following items are the most common reasons for a failed payment, and what you can do to fix them.
Before/when purchasing, please always ensure that you have a steady internet connection and there are sufficient funds in the account associated with the card you are using.
Please make sure to double-check all your card information, including the zip/postcode of your billing address or billing country is correct. In addition, double-check that the card you are trying to use has not expired.
In most cases, if all the information you are providing is correct but your card is still being declined, this would be due to your bank rejecting the payment. This might be because they do not recognise our domain and/or are not sure whether you are the person trying to complete this transaction.
If you find yourself in this situation we would recommend trying to use another card (or PayPal), or ringing your bank to tell them that you are making this transaction before you try again.
I need an invoice for my order. Where can I get one?

Playback
My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.
Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?
Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.
To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.
To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.
Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.
Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?
Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!
Which browsers are supported?
While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
Can I turn off the music in the videos so I can listen to my own music during the workouts?
Since I have choreographed the movements exactly to the music, this is not possible. My voice and the music are coupled. If you no longer need my instructions and it is not important for you to move to the music, you can of course turn off the entire sound and enjoy the workouts to your own music.

Where do you ship?
We ship our physical products within Germany as well as to the following countries in the EU: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Monaco.
What are the shipping costs for your physical products?
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany via our shipping carrier DHL will take 4 - 6 business days, in case of unexpectedly high order volume (eg directly after product launch) up to 10 business days. For deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 working days.Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
What happens if my order gets lost during transport?

Can I track my order?
After your order has left our warehouse you will automatically be sent a tracking number. On the day of delivery you will also receive a notification email from DHL. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Do you have a refund policy?
Physical products:You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the return order before the end of the cancellation period.
Membership & online classes: We offer a free 7-day trial of the FitLara subscription service so you can try before you buy. Get access to everything for free for 7 Days. After your 7-day trial your credit card will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue unless you cancel at least 24-hours prior to the current cycle. You can cancel your membership at any time.There are no refunds for partial Subscription Periods.

What kind of workouts do you offer and how do they differ?
This platform includes the following categories: Barre workouts, Pilates, Yoga and Stretching & Mobility.

How often should I do these workouts?
That depends entirely on you and your individual goals. It’s up to you! The WHO recommends 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of intense exercise per week, or a combination of both, to stay healthy. To achieve individual fitness goals, I recommend to take time for sports and exercises 3-4 times a week.
Is there anything I need to consider before I start doing the workouts?
I recommend that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.
I am a beginner. Any recommendations where to start?

If you struggle with the workouts: pause when you need it, shake it out, drink some water and then hop back into the workout when you are ready.
I also try to offer you different levels in the workouts as often as possible so that you can train in your personal fitness level. Make the workout work for you!
Don’t get discouraged! You will build strength and stamina with time and consistency. Together we can do this!

On my platform you will find many different types of workouts with and without equipment.
