7 Days Starter Challenge
Kickstart your journey with 20-40 minute workouts for 7 days, covering all major categories of Connected.
Your Weekly Workout Plan
Receive a workout plan every Sunday for the week ahead, featuring 4 workout days and 3 rest days. Complete the workouts at your convenience.
Live Classes
Join our motivating live classes via Zoom to get real-time feedback from our coaches.
Workouts of 10-60 Minutes
Choose from over 300 on-demand classes, ranging from quick 10-minute sessions to full 60-minute workouts.
Monthly Challenges
Focus on one training aspect for 1-4 weeks with other community members and master new skills together!

What is Connected?
"Connected" is all about solving common fitness problems while keeping things simple and enjoyable. It's the result of years of experience and learning.
It started with my own journey. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a prima ballerina, but one-sided training led to knee injuries, forcing me to give up my dreams.
I wanted to understand how to care for my body while having fun, so I became a certified gymnastics teacher, fascinated by the holistic approach to fitness and health.
Over time, I added certifications in Barre and Pilates, deepening my understanding. I began to connect various elements, creating a comprehensive and balanced experience for participants: Connected was born!

Pricing Plans
You have 3 options..
Hire a personal trainer
A knowledgeable personal trainer can teach you new movements and keep you accountable.
However, this can get quite expensive: hourly personal training sessions often cost between $50 and $100. Working out four times per week, this adds up to $800-$1,600 per month.
Become a member of Connected
With Connected, you get the best of both worlds. You'll train with excellent coaches who explain exercises in detail, provide feedback, answer your questions, and offer a weekly workout plan for structure and accountability.
Plus, our program is extremely affordable compared to personal training sessions.
Workout on your own
You can also work out completely on your own or with the help of YouTube channels like FitLara Barre & Pilates. This can be a good start!
However, if you want to transform your health, body, and life, struggle with motivation, or need feedback on your form, Connected is a better fit for you.
