During this week we combine a variety of "FitLara" classes with an optional range of outdoor activities such as surfing, bouldering or climbing. Together we will experience unforgettable moments and connect with our bodies with lots of fun and sun!
Whether you're a surf newbie (I am a first-time surfer too hihi) or an experienced surfer, this retreat offers the perfect mix of fun, fitness and relaxation. Our FitLara classes bring extra energy and variety to your workouts, while yoga and mobility sessions provide balance and relaxation. Embark on a revitalizing retreat that seamlessly integrates classic workout formats, known from our YouTube channel or online studio, with invigorating surf, boulder, and beach themes. Indulge in classes ranging from the surf-focused "WaveWorrierWorkout" to the calming "Wave Release Yoga." Explore climbing-oriented sessions like "ClimbFit" and "Boulder Afterburn." Sculpt your body with unique experiences such as "BodyBoom meets Beach Body Boost" and push your limits with "Box and Beach." Immerse yourself in the ideal fusion of fitness and relaxation —a perfect preparation or relief from the outdoor activities, or simply a fitness boost for those opting for a more relaxed vacation.
